John Gregory is a people-centered leader with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, dedicated to developing individuals, strengthening teams, and building cultures where employees can thrive.

A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, John has built his career around the belief that organizational success begins with investing in people. His expertise spans Human Resources, Training, Leadership Development, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), all grounded in a commitment to empowering others.

John holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) credential through the Society for Human Resource Management and is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. He is also a Certified DISC Behavioral Assessment Facilitator, a Certified The 6 Types of Working Genius Facilitator, and a Certified OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer. Through these certifications, he equips leaders and teams with practical tools to improve communication, increase engagement, and drive performance.

Throughout his career, John has focused on cultivating leadership at every level coaching emerging leaders, strengthening management capability, and fostering environments built on trust, accountability, and continuous growth. John is a man who values faith, family and developing people. In his free time, he spends time with his five kids and his wife, Stephanie.  You will likely find him at his kids’ sporting events either coaching them or cheering them on.
